• Health tracking data: Episode logs, journal entries, mood check-ins, and experiment data that you enter into the app. This data is stored locally on your device.
• Chat messages: When you use the Talk to Tempo chat feature, your messages are processed through Crisp, our third-party chat platform. Crisp may store conversation data on their servers. See Crisp's Privacy Policy for details.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and personalize the Tempo app experience
• To display your profile context during chat conversations so our support team can provide relevant guidance
• To improve the app based on usage patterns (anonymized and aggregated only)

Data Storage

Your health data (episodes, journal entries, experiments, mood check-ins) is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit this data to external servers unless you explicitly use the chat feature, in which case limited profile context may be shared with the chat session to provide better support.
